Returns and Exchanges

No printer is needed if you’re returning directly from home. With Helthjem, simply write the return code on the package for a home pickup. However, if you reuse the original packaging with the original label, please either remove or mark over the barcode to make it clear that it’s a return package.

If home pickup isn’t an option, we’ll create a drop-off return label for Helthjem. This label must be printed and attached to the package before dropping it off at your local Helthjem drop-off point.

Fill out the return form here, where you can select whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange. If you don’t fill out the form, you’ll receive an email when our warehouse processes the return so you can choose between an exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY - FREE EXCHANGES

Exchanges are easy; we provide a gift card covering the exchange cost + shipping, with an extra 50 NOK added to the gift card, often giving you a little extra to spend. A small bonus you get to keep :)

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 100 calendar days from the date of receiving the last item.

For returns that aren’t exchanges, the return cost is deducted from the refund amount. The return cost is calculated as follows:

1-4 items: 59 NOK
5-8 items: 99 NOK
9-11 items: 199 NOK
12-15 items: 299 NOK

More than 15 items: 399 NOK – feel free to contact us for help with size and product selection :)

This includes insurance in case the return package is lost.
